The third edition of Work Evolution Summit brought together over 150 professionals shaping the future of work — IT managers, project leads, HR experts, and digital transformation specialists from Romania and across the CEE region — for two days at Novotel Bucharest City Centre, on 28–29 May 2026.
Our aim was the same as always: to create a space for dialogue, knowledge-sharing, and innovation, with a sharper focus on how AI is reshaping the way teams collaborate, deliver services, and execute strategy.
The event featured thought leaders, Atlassian specialists, and tech innovators who shared practical insights from real-world projects: from AI teammates and automated service desks to connected knowledge and platform governance — actionable guidance for organizations navigating the next wave of digital change.
