– Over 1,000 users: FastShift Program for faster, strategic cloud upgrades (in 2-6 months).
– Over 5,000 users: Solution Design Acceleration program for complex transformations.
They also offer special support for sensitive cases, like Bitbucket Data Center customers. They get a new license option for both cloud and Data Center to keep flexibility beyond 2029. Some customers with unique needs may get extended maintenance after 2029.
