Since we are often being asked, I decided to put together this list, a personal recommendation for the must-have apps (formerly add-ons) for Atlassian Jira and Jira Service Management based on feedback from our customers.
I will try to keep this list updated. Let us know if you have any suggestion that you think should be included, or just contact us (we can give you an offer for these apps, demo or help you implement them) if you want to try any of these, and I will help you get started.

These three add so much value to your Jira Service Management portal. Actions allows you to give access to certain workflow actions to your customers, Extension customer visibility (fields, SLAs, linked issues and more) and dynamic forms and Translation is a must if you must offer complete multilingual support.
